This hotel had a convenient location, close to the city center and restaurants. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious and hearty. the parking was ample and there was even an electric car wall charger.

We spent Christmas in a hotel with beautiful views of a lake and a castle in the distance. The area where it was located offered wonderful walking routes through woods and hills. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the terrace with fried eggs and other treats.

The air conditioning in our room was not very effective, and the room was too hot to sleep comfortably. We also had some problems with the temperature of the water in the shower, which varied unpredictably between hot and cold.

This hotel truly offers great value for money. The attention to detail is evident, from the comfortable beds and bedding to the stunning views of Ptuj from the balcony. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even accommodating language barriers. The highlight for us was the restaurant, where we indulged in a memorable seven-course meal paired with exceptional local wines. We're already looking forward to returning!

I had an amazing stay with great staff and surroundings. The hotel was clean and had great facilities such as a nice balcony view and a restaurant that served delicious local cuisine. The staff was helpful with any requests I had, even though I had some language barriers. The location was perfect with easy access to the city center and transportation.

We stayed during Christmas and enjoyed the festive decorations and ambiance. the location was great for exploring the surrounding countryside and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. the breakfast spread was impressive and we particularly enjoyed the homemade pastries and freshly squeezed juice.

The room was not properly heated, making it quite uncomfortable during the chilly nights. the shower had inconsistent water temperature which was frustrating.
